- Photograph property as professionally as possible
- Submit listing to MATRIX – the multiple listing service for all Colorado Realtors
- Install “For Sale” sign, brochure box and lockbox on property
- Upload property to DeerCreekRealty.com and Realtor.com
- Create color brochure for property
- Create advertising for Mountain Homes Illustrated, Fairplay Flume, and others where appropriate
- Network with existing buyers to see if an ‘in house’ sale is appropriate
- Enter property in showing service, contact Realtors who show for feedback
- Review market with Seller after several weeks to see if any changes are needed.
- Pre-quality buyers through a Mortgage Lender
- Present and discuss all offers on property with Seller
- Negotiate the contract and follow it through the process of inspections, appraisals and other related persons involved in the contract.
- Continue the marketing and secure a backup offer until closing
- Attend closing and finalize last minute details
